About the Global Quarantine Museum
The goal of the GQM is to document and immortalize the experiences collectively as well as individually of the Global COVID-19 Pandemic.
The Global Quarantine Museum Origin Story

In the dystopian novel Station 11 by Emily St. John Mandel, a small band of survivors sheltered in place in an airport terminal. One of these survivors founded a Museum of Civilization in the defunct Skymiles Lounge. The first artifact: a cell phone that was a shell of its former self (no electricity to charge it, no cable towers, no internet...). This was followed by a laptop similarly devoid of usefulness, an Amex card, and a pair of red stilletos (yes, that riveted my attention). It got me thinking that a museum is needed to document and immortalize our experiences, collectively and individually, of this unprecedented time we are living in and hopefully through: the global COVID-19 pandemic.
The museum will include relics and objects, reflections and images. Go to the Artifacts tab to view the museum collection. It will be updated regularly.
